Jyothi Babu - Director of Operations

Jyothi Babu is one of the managing partners of Atom Sage. She joined Atom Sage in its infancy. She is responsible for AtomSage’s operations, development and technology strategy. Jyothi believes in being part of a team where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. She feels she has found her niche, with Atom Sage amplifying her efforts through synergy of its members.

She continues to play a significant role in process control and in establishing metrics throughout the project life cycle. Her work experience with a variety of companies, from start-ups to multi-national corporations, gives her a thorough understanding of business operations. Her expertise lies in managing project details, eliciting requirements from clients and guiding the team toward the right solution.

She works to make a difference and thrives on new ideas and challenges. She has demonstrated strong client relationship management, organizational effectiveness and interpersonal skills.

Jyothi graduated with honors in her MBA program. She has a dual major - Operations Mgmt and Telecommunications Mgmt from California State University and also holds a Bachelors in Finance from Mysore University. She was awarded with APICS scholarship. She was the Vice Presidents of the Operations Management Society (OMS).
